JGRRSU-Jagadguru Ramanadacharya Rajasthan Sanskrit University  is a public university located at Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. Recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC), it is located at Madau (Bhankrota), Jaipur in Rajasthan. It affiliates more than 50 colleges/institutions of Acharya, Shashtri and Shikshashatri level. Objective of the university is to develop and preserve the Sanskrit language and also to promote Sanskrit learning in the state. The university, which is the member of Indian Association of Universities, publishes an annual Sanskrit magazine named Akshara.
